7. Property Access & Safety

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe access to the property

  • Clear instructions and presence (if required)

  • No hazardous conditions inside the property

Damage caused by pre-existing issues will not be our responsibility.


8. Limitations of Liability

Aashiyana PMS is not liable for:

  • Natural disasters, fire, flood, or unavoidable events

  • Tenant misconduct or unauthorized activities

  • Delays due to government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies

  • Any damages resulting from the misuse of appliances, fittings, or property will be the tenant’s responsibility.


9. Service Reports & Communication

We may provide updates through:

  • Phone calls

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Photos or videos

Clients must provide correct contact information.


10. Termination of Service

We may terminate service if:

  • Misconduct, abusive behavior, or fraud is detected

  • Repeated cancellations without notice

  • Safety risks at customer premises


11. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, text, and branding belong to Aashiyana PMS.
Copying, duplicating, or redistributing content is prohibited without permission.
